Description of Services
Epiphany Sober Living & Addiction Recovery Services provides a broad array of services for men ages 18 and up who are in need of overcoming drug addiction and other substance abuse related matters. Structured sober living, coaching, support and case management occurs through Epiphany staff at our primary West Los Angeles residence. Expanded addiction treatment services such as outpatient treatment, therapy, psychiatric & medication management, etc., occur off-site through licensed and qualified 3rd party providers in and around the Los Angeles area.
Delivery and Timing of Services
All services provided by Epiphany Sober Living and/or third party providers are rendered as described in each entity’s admission documentation or contract of services. Any and all payments are due prior to services being rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon and notated by management on respective documentation.
Return/Refund Policy
Epiphany Sober Living & Addiction Recovery Service does not offer refunds under any circumstances. In certain extenuating circumstances, Epiphany management may opt to offer a future credit as deemed reasonable, however any such type of credit will be determined on a case by case basis. In the case of third party clinical service providers, please refer to their respective refund policies since payments are made directly to them.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
